Utkal Seva Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare. Our primary mission is to bring orphaned, abandoned, and underprivileged children into the mainstream of society.

Based in Bhadrak, Odisha, we work towards the holistic development of children in need. Our goal is not just to provide food and shelter, but to ensure every child receives quality education and a pathway to a bright future.
